SALES TAXES
Wide Awake Films, LLC shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Missouri. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
SALES TERM
All items/products sold on this website are warranted for a period of Thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
- If the item has been unopened and you wish to return it to us within 30 days, you may do so. Upon receipt of your item we will issue you a purchase price refund via your payment method within 48 hours. There are no refunds on shipping.
- If you are returning an opened product within the 30 day time period and it is not defective you cannot receive a cash refund or exchange. All open items are non-returnable/non-exchangeable.

US Domestic Addresses: first DVD is $5.00 and $.50 per each additional DVD
International Shipping is $10.00
We send most packages through USPS. If you would like an expedited service, please call 816-872-3456 (during business hours M-F CST) to place your order to ensure you receive the fastest delivery.
Returns Policy:
You may return an unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error, we'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return.
Please note that we are unable to exchange items unless they are defective, or are an incorrect item. We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any CD, DVD, VHS tape that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
